South Florida is celebrating the 41st annual "National Night Out". Ft. Lauderdale Mayor Dean Trantalis says the goal of this yearly event is to create a good working relationship between neighbors and law enforcement. It'll be a party atmosphere at Carter Park Gym tonight with games, backpack giveaways, safety demonstrations, a petting zoo and free food and drinks. There are similar events happening in municipalities across South Florida.
